My Journey

My career journey began with a strong academic foundation, earning a BSBA in Accounting and a Master's in International Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, alongside an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas. This robust education paved the way for diverse and impactful roles, including Senior Auditor at Enserch Corporation, Business Analyst at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, and Systems Analyst at Lennox Corporation, where I was promoted quickly for my contributions to SAP financial module support and training.

My transition into a Senior Technical Consultant role at SAP America, Inc., a highly regarded firm, deepened my technical acumen, where I excelled in developing custom SAP components and frameworks for evaluating new software development projects, significantly improving ROI. As a Business Analyst at Deloitte , another top-tier consulting firm, and later at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, I played a key role in redesigning manufacturing systems and supporting SAP ECC 6.0 implementation, developing essential end-user documentation.

Since 2009, as a freelance writer, I have channeled this extensive operational, financial, and technical experience into crafting high-quality content. I am the author of the "201 Q&A" book series for SAP QM application associate certification and regularly contribute articles on business, finance, and technology to various online publishers. My thought leadership has garnered external recognition, with my work initially published on McKinsey.com and subsequently elevated to "McKinsey Quarterly 2015 No. 4," cited by Michael Bazigos and Jim Harter in their article "Revisiting the Matrix Organization." This speaks to the enduring relevance and impact of my strategic insights.

I also own and develop specialized websites like TestingTerms.net, AI&.net, and StrategyEngineered.net, continually exploring and shaping content in emerging fields. My experience extends to creating compelling press releases, white papers, and other marketing materials for corporate clients, effectively advocating for organizations focused on serving the for-profit landscape.
